Overall Discussion Points at Resident Meeting:
• Lots of questions asked and answered (many seemed to me issues with RowCal responses, some with just tech/account issues, not knowing you need to opt in for emails)

Nancy appoints Board Members
• President – Brant Davidson
• Vice President – Eric Cieslinski
• Treasurer – Nancy Giusti
• Secretary – Lisa Maharaj
• Board Member – George Hickman
Discussion at Board Meeting:
• Committees to fill: Architectural (full), Social, Operations/Finance
• Board will meet in person quarterly and virtually monthly until we feel things are sorted and can go down to just quarterly
• Current main goal is to increase community engagement by increasing communication
• Best ways to communicate:
• Some kind of Bulletin Board or Marquis
• Facebook
• Website
• RowCal App? (has calendar and place to put ‘documents’)
• RowCal Email Blasts?
• Google Form asking for everyone’s email, renter/homeowner status/issues concerns you want to raise to the HOA
• Common questions/information to disseminate
• Announce new board
• RowCal App Tutorial
• Appeal for committee volunteers
• HOA’s don’t regulate street parking
• What does RowCal do (handle accounts, pay bills, file taxes, deal with vendors)
• Mortgage will be paid on pool in Jan 2026

• Nancy – will send maps and other information to new board members

• Nancy/Brant – will get website passwords from Helena

• George/Nancy – figure out emails for board members?
